Rinserra is new. Instead of showing client logos we don't have, we show what we actually build. Our earlier concepts have been retired while they are rebuilt to this standard — we would rather show one ad we stand behind than six we don't. More are in production.

Transparency: this is unsolicited work. Vielo did not commission, pay for, or approve it. It was built from their own publicly available product photography; all brand and image rights remain with them. Camera movement and studio lighting in some shots are generated from those photographs — the bicycle itself is theirs throughout. We show no invented testimonials, client logos, or performance numbers.

What you probably want to know
What exactly do you need from us?
The link to your product page and, if you have them, 3 to 5 clean, high-resolution product photos. If you don't, we'll take the images from your website. That's it, no briefing, no call needed if you don't want one.
Is this AI-generated?
Your product isn't. It always comes from your real photos, so packaging, label and colour are exactly right, not an AI lookalike of your product. Motion, timing, typography and copy come from us.
Who writes the copy?
We do, in your market's language, based on what's actually working in Reels and TikTok in your category right now. Every statement in the video has to be backed by your packaging or your website.
For supplements: how do you handle health claims?
Conservatively. What goes on screen is what's on the label, plus composition, pack size and price. No efficacy promises we can't back up, no doctor endorsements in the video, and no general claims like "scientifically proven" as a standalone headline. We're not lawyers, but we know where the pitfalls are.
What if it needs changes?
Edit includes one revision round, Motion includes up to two. We work from your feedback until the cut matches the brief we agreed.
Do we get a proper invoice?
Yes, an invoice from Germany with all statutory details. As a small business under §19 UStG no VAT is charged, the price shown is the final price. After payment, the videos are fully yours to use, including paid ads.
